📦 Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must be returned with original packaging
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or washed items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Sale or discounted items (optional — you can remove this if you want)
💳 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear
🔄 Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or wrong size
- Contact us to arrange an exchange
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
